At PAVED™, we stand behind every mousepad that leaves our HQ. If your chosen hero doesn’t quite resonate, you can return or exchange it. You will find detailed instructions on how to proceed below. Here's a quick TLDR;

1. Return Conditions

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • It may be opened for inspection, but must show no visible signs of use beyond a brief test (no wear, fraying, stains, or surface marks).
  • You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at returns@paved.eu.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before your return is authorized — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is accepted, you can use any tracked service of your choice or request a prepaid label (cost deducted from refund). If we made an error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover shipping and ensure you get the correct product as quickly as possible.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Email returns@paved.eu within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

4. Exchanges

Want a different color, hero, or surface type? You can request an exchange instead of a refund. Once your return is approved, we’ll send details on how to ship it back and reserve your new item. In order to do so, please contact support@paved.eu

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Most PAVED products can be returned, including customized builds. However, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Items showing significant wear, stains, or damage
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as Final Sale

6. Eu 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery — for any reason, and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Free from signs of use beyond basic inspection

Unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, the customer covers the cost of return shipping under this policy.

7. Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at returns@paved.eu.
