By placing an order through the Website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. The automated checkout confirmation you receive after payment is not yet a legal acceptance — it merely acknowledges receipt of your order.

Most PAVED™ products are made to order. Production begins only after the order has been confirmed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that reasonable production time is required before dispatch.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time, including (but not limited to) cases of:

• suspected fraud or abusive behaviour,
• errors in product availability or pricing,
• technical issues affecting order processing,
• inability to fulfil the order due to supplier or manufacturing constraints.

If payment was already made and the order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during checkout (including name, shipping address, and contact details) is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in EUR (Euro) and include applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed separately during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

If you are paying from outside the Eurozone or in a currency other than EUR, your bank or payment provider may charge conversion or international transaction fees. These charges are not imposed by us and will not be reimbursed.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by destination authorities. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g. due to a technical malfunction or incorrect data feed), we reserve the right to cancel the order or correct the price before processing. If you have already paid, you will be given the option to accept the corrected price or receive a full refund.

We ship worldwide unless a destination is temporarily or permanently restricted due to regulatory or logistical limitations.

Because PAVED™ products are made to order, dispatch typically occurs within 3–7 business days after order confirmation. This timeframe may vary depending on supplier capacity or exceptional circumstances. You will be notified if delays beyond this window are expected.

Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary by destination. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods transfers to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. After this point, the carrier is responsible for safe delivery. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

Where available, a tracking number will be provided after dispatch. Some destinations may have limited tracking visibility once the parcel enters the local postal network.

PAVED™ is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs, carrier backlogs, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, severe weather events, strikes, or any other circumstances outside our control.

If a customer claims non-receipt of an order that is marked as delivered, PAVED™ will assist the customer in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. A replacement or refund may only be issued if the carrier confirms the parcel was lost or misdelivered.

If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal, non-payment of customs fees, incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order will be treated as an unauthorised return. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and reshipment will require a new shipping fee.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect a parcel from a pickup point within the carrier’s specified timeframe, any reshipment or refund (where applicable) may be subject to additional shipping costs.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, strikes, extreme weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

If you are an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within the withdrawal period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered in error or is demonstrably defective on arrival.

In addition to the statutory EU withdrawal right, PAVED™ offers a voluntary 30-day goodwill return policy for all customers worldwide. This extended return option is provided at our discretion and may be refused in cases of excessive wear, misuse, or damage to the product or its packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• in as-new condition,
• free of visible wear or damage,
• returned with its original packaging and all included accessories.

Light handling for the purpose of examining or testing the product is acceptable, but prolonged use that reduces resale value may void the return.

All returns must be initiated by contacting us at returns@paved.eu or legal@paved.eu. The return address will be provided only after the request is accepted. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• the wrong item was delivered,
• the item was damaged before handover to the carrier, or
• we explicitly confirm that shipping costs will be covered.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be made using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Deductions may apply in cases of damage, missing components, or diminished value caused by improper use.

Consumers within the European Union benefit from a statutory legal guarantee covering manufacturing defects and non-conformity of goods at the time of delivery. This guarantee applies independently of any goodwill policies.

The statutory warranty covers defects that existed at the time of delivery or become apparent shortly thereafter and are not caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear from expected use.

The warranty does not cover:

• damage caused by improper handling or cleaning (including machine washing),
• normal wear and tear from regular use,
• dents, discoloration, abrasions, or fabric softening from prolonged usage,
• modifications made by the customer,
• accidental or intentional damage.

Light handling for the purpose of examining or testing the product is acceptable, but prolonged use that reduces resale value may void the return.

We may require photos or other documentation to assess the defect before approving a claim. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned for further inspection.

If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will — at our discretion — repair, replace the product, or offer a refund if neither repair nor replacement is reasonably possible.

Please read this section carefully to understand your rights and obligations as a customer. Failure to follow the conditions above may void your eligibility for replacement or refund.

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to product designs, graphics, typography, branding elements, artworks, hero characters, worldbuilding lore, text, layout, and overall visual presentation, is the intellectual property of PAVED™ or is used under valid license.

The name PAVED™, associated logos, product names, hero identities, and related visual or narrative elements are protected under trademark and/or applicable intellectual property law. They may not be copied, imitated, or used without prior written permission.

The geometric patterns, design philosophy, and character-associated aesthetic concepts forming the Origin Series are proprietary to PAVED™ and may not be reproduced, sold, resold, or incorporated into derivative products or media without consent.

Text, copywriting, imagery, animations, layout structures, and brand storytelling elements presented on the Website remain protected content. Any extraction, replication, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

By purchasing a product or visiting the Website, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you. You receive only a personal right to use the product for its intended purpose.

Where content belongs to third parties (for example: fonts, licensed material, embedded software, or external design resources), such content remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holder and is used in accordance with license terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PAVED™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use the product, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of business.

Our products are intended for normal consumer use as mousepads / desk mats. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, exposure to extreme environmental conditions, or modification of the product.

PAVED™ is not responsible for failures, errors, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers, including shipping carriers, payment processors, printing partners, material suppliers, or hosting platforms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website. Temporary downtime or service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failure, or external factors.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or consumer rights guaranteed under EU mandatory legislation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Where mandatory consumer protection provisions of the European Union apply, such provisions shall prevail in relation to customers residing within the EU.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or purchases made through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland. This does not affect the consumer’s right, where applicable, to bring claims in their country of residence under EU consumer law.

We are willing to cooperate in good faith with EU Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms before formal legal action is taken. Participation in ADR does not waive or limit any statutory rights of the consumer or PAVED™.

Before initiating formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us at legal@paved.eu to seek an amicable resolution. Most issues can be resolved without escalation.
